This one will require a restaurant where you choose your own seating (If I do it I'll probably use a dining court). Get a normal sized meal and find a table relatively close to a couple that is eating, wait for the guy to get up to go to the bathroom or get a drink. Make your approach, don't ask if you can sit, simply drop your tray on top of his (or mash it, your tray should cover his). Strike up conversation; you mostly just need to keep control of the situation so she doesn't flip out on you. When he returns, ask for more water or for him to lower the music volume "can you maybe do something about this music", if you can get him to walk away dejected, you're my hero.
Ass Beating Risk: 3/5 stars, pick the couple wisely. If the girl seems bored or the table is quiet, it's a plus. If conversation is lush or the couple seem tense about something, do not approach.
